Dear Friends,

Dish TV is playing with customers Credit, recently I renewed my card my services was active for 3 days later suddenly they deactivated my card and my credit transfered to another card which is unknown to me I send several mail to customer care but there is no proper reply please help me what shall I do.

Please help - Dish TV can't play with subscribers sentiments I don't believe such a big company will do this with their own customers, I lost my hope with customer care to get right answer, even Dish TV dealer to whom I paid money lift their hands up so rediculas and disgusting. My Vc No:01504400425, I want to show whole world to see my statement of account and do the justice, or correct me if I am wrong.

Dish TV customer care is very bad they never give you right answer from last 1 month I am exchanging mail with customer care executives everytime new guy replies my mail and the story comes to begning, I complain regarding my VC:01504400425 that my credit is trasnfered to some other card which that guy is enjoying my subscription which I paid for above card, till now they have not solve my problem nor activated my card in 6 months 1 month is finish and when they Realize the mistake and transfer credit into my card another five months will complete, somebody help me how to approch the higher level.

Thanks very much for your help your reply was on 2 nd march today is 4th March 2007 it is already 48 hrs no action, I am being in touch with customer care from 12th Feb 2008, same stories- God help, I lost my hopes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!that I get my money back
I paid to below dish TV registered dealer Rs:2100/- he lift his hands up telling he can't do anything because he gave this cash to dish TV main center and they paid it.

Can any body help me?
As i have paid in hyd. through itz card 100/- of each for dish freedom plus offer (200/-) but credit only 165/-(35/- less) in my a/c, later i have contacted to dish tv cc they cannot respond very well. Later i have written complaint through e-mail, he give me reference no.11659934, but they did not respond. Now, what can i do? i am lose the remaining amount.

My advice to all dish Tv user, do not pay long term subscription for 6 months or 1 year, you will end up in same situation like Anand, Dish TV customer care is Unbelievable................
