error in subciption

i have renewed my vc with kannada packag but it was renewed it remained as punjabi, how can change to kannada.

my friend prchased dishtv for 10 month 1+9month, when i checked in renewal form it shows only for 3 month, what can i do for making to 10 months.

if i want to deactivate dishtv temp what is the procdure,

try your luck in website, or call 1860-180-3474 which is always engaged. dish tv computers are known for their faulty metering. they have messed these things many times to me. prolongued talking with lots of patience may prove to be beneficial. other wise one should be prepared to lose money!
dish tv are not customer friendly. they have subscribers e-mail id, phone no in database. they ask you for verification if you call them on phone. but seldom do they send atleast a e-mail to your query or use it to inform any changes in billing!

Well this might be the case:

1. Your friend paid the money for ten months.
2. Dish TV activated the first three months
3. Remaining money is deposited with Dish TV as your balance.
4. Remaining money will automatically be re-used to renew your package at the end of three months.

It happened once with me and this was the case.

i have sent more than 50 mail dishtv for this error but they say that u have renewed for 3 month and paid 900 rs ,

actually i have purchased this dishtv on feb 18th and the last date is 15 of may.

it was purchased by my brther in mumbai.. for 10 months it means 1+9months
