fta ku band channels available in india from different satelites

I am using dd direct+ from 2 years.Recently i came to know that some chnnels are available to see fta from abs-1,edusat etc and some sri lankan channels(tv lanka)also can seen from some satellite.If your seeing fta channels or if you know about channels available in india freely other than nss6,insat 4b please share your ideas/suggetions/feelings about this topic.This will help us to see some new channels without waiting for :cryd direct+ plotform to add new channels. thank you....

In My Knowledge from these Satellites we can get the KU Band FTA's.
If You are getting CGNTV from NSS 6 ?.

Yes i am getting cgntv but it is useless channel.I want to know any free ku band channels can be get in india from different satellites like some europe sateilites(euro bird 2)etc also from asian satellites other than nss6,insat4b,abs-1,edsat etc. thank you....................

Check the Coverage Area of Euro Bird 2.

I am now also receving tv lanka channels.they can be recivied after meatsat satillite with slight rotation & changing in elivation.there is one channel which shows one hollywood film frequently every day(i dont know current status).{ST 1 © Lyngemark Satellite, last updated 2008-05-25 - http://www.lyngsat.com/st1.html}.in case of euro bird 2 can atleast it's signels caught in chenni,is there any ineresting channels in euro bird2 ?.i'm intersted in receving mana tv (educational) telugu channels from  insat3b.Are this 5 channels can be seen with our normal dish and stb?is there any one try to recive this channels i traied a lot but it's not it's possible:exclamation:but these 5 ku band channels very useful channels and there is no telugu channels since1 year in dd direct+.these  channels are promoted by a.p state governament and ambadkar university(hyderabad).pls respond and post a reply....................     Insat 3B © Lyngemark Satellite, last updated 2008-05-25 - http://www.lyngsat.com/in3b.html

On ABS 1 there ar good christian channels, you can get them FTA on 60 cm dish
