Online recharge through Debit card
Hi,

I am facing a problem in recharging my TS account by my debit card from Bank of baroda. On logging into TS website, i clicked for recharging credit/net banking where i got 3 options of credit, debit and net banking. I choosed debit card and filled all the details but at time of making payment error comes regarding, cookies disabled, did forward/backward/refresh and many other such reasons.

Can i know what is the problem. i am using my debit card for online use for the first time.

check if BOB debit card is on the list of online transaction...if you found it and entered make payment, the site enters an encrypted secure zone....do not refresh or back after pressing payment...let it get processed..takes 10-20 seconds..

Enable ur cookies, clear Temporary Files, Use other browser (Firefox Or Chrome)

BOB is listed for payment through debit card

i also didnt refreshed or went back/forward

as soon as i filled the details and pressed the button to make payment i got error message as described above...also noticed that the eror message page had a citi logo and url too had citi

I am finding it difficult to understand the problem....before going for online payment option, i inquired at the CC about the payment via debit card but they said me that only axis bank is allowed, i further clarified by saying that i want to do recharge from online (internet) and not via telephone...then he said that BOB is available via internet....

after ending my first call i again called up to know if my deactivated account willstart as soon as i recharge through online or not...that time the other person said me that BOB is not available from internet too..(here i came across poor CC service via calling 18001806633)...if it is not available then how BOB is showing up in the list

This is common problem for BOB net banking user. I too face same problem with BOB.
With latest JRE also, you will face this problem.
You may face this JAVA related problem even on 'irctc.co.in' for railway ticket booking.
Better use other bank's debit card.
This is not at all related with tatasky online payment.

Are u talkin about both netbanking n debit card on only net banking?

i believe netbanking is provided solely by bank's software n servers while debit card services r provided via VISA/MASTER

citi bank page must be the payment hosting site for bob debit cards...
regarding the problem...contact ur bank....try opting for netbanking, it is more convenient.,...
