Activating Tatasky account

Hi

I had Tatasky Dth till Dec 2008.And from Jan 1 2009 i shifted to SunDirect.So i didnot pay for tatasky from jan and so my account became inactive.But now i like to watch Tatasky channels and i went to tatasky website and i used my subscriber id and password and i entered the login.Then i was checking the details of my account.But when i clicked the packages adding option in my account,i got this message " SORRY! Your request could not be processed as your Tata Sky account is currently inactive. Please call our helpline for assistance."So what should i do to make my account active again.Do i have to pay for activation again?If so how much should i pay?Any tatasky expert pls guide me on this

Call the CC tell them that you want to recharge your account for TS.........

I sent an email abt this today morning,but still no reply.CC is not working properly,its getting disconnected.

no problem ......... its very simple........ i too was having tata sky till dec 2008 and then i moved to airtel digital tv....... and i too was getting the similar message in my tata sky login......... then last april i again activated my tata sky account by just recharging........
just recharge ur tata sky account and it will start working .......

I hope the recharge thing works for you..and if not call the helpfile, and I dont know how come its getting Disconnected, maybe ur trying TOLL FREE no that disconnects after a certain period of time..
