the only good thing about bigtv is that they have a component out..but thats it..
just compare the problems posted by the users in both the forums and u will see the ADTV customers are extremely satisfied with the service.
Both were launched at around the same time but airtel users have experienced far less problems compared to bigtv users

but airtel charged rs.235/- and no sports channel and big tv starter - 3 available at rs.190/- and 3 sports channel included.

Oh, man..............! Big TV has bugs in its STBs. Have a look at the Big TV section. Full of problems about STBs. CC sucks long time. Only thing that Big TV is the only DTH in India that has the best picture and sound quality. That is the only valid point of Big TV. Even packaging of channels and pricing is good. But it will give you a lot of headache.

Well BIG TV have bugs but those problems are not disturb you too much. I think your choice should be base on your demand.

Make a list of your channels and check rates of all DTHs. Choose DTH which have your channels at min. rates as all DTH are same.

want to more International channels then select Sun Direct.lots of international channels addednow .fox,fox crime,WB,baby tv and hindi real.

customer care is excellent for AIRTEL.

picture quality is good when compared to other DTH.

for me installation done within 2 hours after booking in airtel relationship centre
