Can anybody tell whether I can take any legal action if local cablewala threatens to disconnect the connection over my complaints about inflated bill and poor service?
Yes you can always take action against your cable operator if he is not providing the proper services to you or is charging unnecessary high amounts. You can always approach Consumer Forum at 1800-11-4000 from any BSNL/MTNL landlines or mobiles. This no is toll-free. For other lines you can dial (011)27662955/56/57/58.
