Hi Everyone!
Since last few days me STB is facing a problem. after a gap of few days channels of a specific transponder doesn't come on it. Now it is receiving channels of 2 tasn. only, other channles show NO SIGNAL massage.
what should be d problem?
Well try rescanning your STB, if that still doesn't work then do a factory reset. By the way, are you in India or in the Middle East countries..?? Well try these 2 steps and let us know...!!
I think he is from India , bcoz people in ME will not use DD+ because of signal problems.

what is the transponder .. give the details.

@ kiran , if you getting any other T/p's, If Yes what the signal Strength ? and Which T/P.
i am just getting channels ffrom one transponder from which DD NAtional is being telecasted.
i tried to change dish direction and also to scan again but it didn't help.

Well Alignment might be disturbed. Ask someone who work for DTH to fix it.
