is sab tv part of any top up packs? i am not getting it...it says please subscribe..plzz help

i asked those dumb cc guys...first they told sab tv is not in bigtv channel list!!! idiots! when i insisted that sab tv is in the channel list, she consulted some others and tols that... SAB TV IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE AND CUT THE PHONE!!!!!! Mr. dish plzz help...
No other option is there , so u have to miss Sabtv ....
Regarding this I sent a email somedays ago. I got reply saying that- 'Currently SABTV is not available in smart south 2190 pack. We forward your request to our management team. When it is available we will inform you through relevant media'. Well we have to miss SABTV for one year...!!
