Hi Guys,

If you guys have any idea about relocating BIG TV from one state to another. Please let me know the procedure.

Tell CC and ask for relocation.... i dont know the charge. probably that std installation of 1000 will be charged for the dish ..

here goes the details...

1. we have to recharge the account for Rs. 750
2. call CC and raise a SR
3. within 48 Hours they will uninstall the dish and leave the STB with you.
4. You have to call them to get the dish Installed they will send you a technician in person within 48 hours.

Total expenses involved is Rs 750.

Note : this is same for local or all india relocation.

750rs is very high for common people....

I think TS is charging Rs. 600 for relocation and dish tv even lesser........
