Big Tv, I found it better than other dth service providers.
Just check out other dth provider's threads you will come to know big tv is far better than others. When i subscribed for big tv i found a installation delay problem but that is because of its huge number of installation calls. but after that i havent experienced any single problem. Even their customer care was always gracious to me.
Apart from this Big tv is regularly increasing number of channels in their packages. i.e. their recent update was in Starter pack, without increasing package charge. So if you will study carefully then you will come to know Big TV is better.
ya u r right mr.ambime bigtv is 100 times better than tata and dishtv.

You are right buddy. Even I have not faced a single problem till now. Just hope that they add some new channels.

Looks like bIG tv guys have either joined this forum to post self praising comments or some guys are getting easy money. Either way, it's complete crap-p-olla happening here.
If any of you guys been in my circle of friends/relatives/acquaintances ( believe me there are lots), I would have pleaded/begged//fought with you to NOT get bIG tv.
Assuming that you all are not paid buy reliance to praise their service:
May be you guys have not had bitter experience with them now but wait till the snag & you will know what kind of "masters of customer harrassment" these fraud are .
i dont know from what type of PIMPS does reliance make it Set Top Box... daily i encounter a new problem... yesterday i was watching a movie on star gold.. suddenly.. my TV screen became black (not blue
) i had to restart my STB... these type of problems are very common in big TV...

u can compare only with cable tv without settopbox.
from where big tv purchage this scrape type stb i dont know.
it it affordable only 2000rs p.a with all 200 channel provided by cable operator.
it is given valu of money @ 150rs pm with stb free .
you are right i also didn,t faced any single problem looks like it gives bad servise to south siders

But picture and sound quality better than anybody by BIG TV.
This is truth.
i even didn't got any installetion problem it got installation after 13 hours
