Nice to know that you have found out a good mean to lodge a complaint.
I have done it few weeks ago right after deewali. Keeping my fingers crossed about it.
In the mean time I have not been sitting idle too.
As I meantioned in other posts, PLEASE guys you have to try and discourage as many people as you can from getting bIG tv subscription.
If a single guy can convince 10 people, then if those people can convince other ten & so on, the effect will be surely felt in a month's time & these cheaters from relianc, in Harbhajan's words-->" teri ******..
" will have no othere option but to rectify their cheating ways.
Here's hoping a disastrous year end and new year for these monkies.
