I want to buy Smart South 2190.Is Rs.2190 inclusive of installation charges?Then can I add Neo sports channels as top up?.Also will ESPN,STAR SPORTS and STAR CRICKET remain free for the next 12 months?.After my free subscription gets over can I select south popular pack?.I did not find the rates for this pack in big tv website, although this is the pack which is available when selecting Smart South 2190 plan.Is there such a pack and if there is what is the rate for it?

Hi dijilraj,

Smart south offer 2190rs is inclusive of installation charges, so dont need to pay extra.
U can add Neo channels as top-up pack(40rs) and u have to subscribe for Neo channels for 6 months (40*6=240rs).
ESPN ,STAR SPORTS ,STAR CRICKET and TEN SPORTS will remain free for 12 months ... ,

For first question :

Yes that is final price you need to pay to BIG TV which is Rs 2190. All inclusive and no need to pay hidden charges or extra cable charges like Dish Tv and Tatsky.

Now you can told to BIGTV that you need Add On pack with this connection. So you will get those two channels Vouchers. Also your ESPN, Star Sports and Star Cricket will be free for 12 months. Also Ten Sports also free as well as Zee Sports which will be introdce in BIG TV soon.

Once your Free Sub., you have an option to choose 4 Starter Pack among 3 are non South Indian Pack. So you can go for South Starter Pack and by that time you have also option to choose Hindi Pack.

In meanwhile all channels added on BIG TV in next few weeks will be avialable for Free for all customers and their are 40 to 50 Channels are in pipeline. Also their is news that Colors will be added very soon on BIG TV.

175/- per month is the rate of south starter pack(south popular pack minus ESS and star cricket).Is the rate same for both starter and popular packs

175/- per month is the rate of south starter pack(south popular pack minus ESS and star cricket).Is the rate same for both starter and popular packs

No you not need to use it for 1 years and by the end of 1 year you have many choice of channels and Packages. So don't worry about it now.

Currently indiavision is not included in big tv.I saw it in the channel's list earlier?Will they include it again? Indiavision is one of the popular news channels in kerala. Why are all dth providers removing indiavision from their service? Does a channel have to pay money for their channel to be included in dth?

First thing is BIG TV is not charging any money from bordcasters.

Also Indiavision was on 872 but removed but it happened in past and chanenls was restore in 8 to 10 days so wait for few days you will see that channel.
