Hi! Mr. Dish,

I have got STB 1 and hopefully my BIG TV will be installed tomorrow. I have taken the Max 4990 offer. I thought that is the best.

What do you think about the offer?

You quoted that the HDTV STB will come in Nov.2008. and you said that I can change my STB within 1 year.

Can you please tell me how is that possible.

Well yes you taken right choice as you might want to see all channels and now glad to see you will get all channels for 1 years including upcoming channels.

HDTV STB will come in Nov. 2008 and you can simple exchange it with currunt STB by paying some extra money on it as HDTV STB is costly then regular.

What is new in HDTV STB.

Will it support High Definition Channels.

I had read on this forum that National Geographic is getting some HD Channels. Is for these channels only or to watch all the channels in HD.

But I have one doubt. I have Big TV connection under 2990 Launch Offer with Popular Pack (1 year free). Although till date I am getting all the channels of Big TV. It must be free for 7-10 days and after that I would not be getting all the channels. Now I have one query. As you mentioned above that "Add On Packes which you need to use after 1 year" So can't I use it from today? As I would not be having say Cartoon Network, Zee TV, Pogo etc in my current pack. Please reply.

Well you not need to worry, you can watch channels for few more days. Now on your 3 channels selections.

Now you have Smart 2990 Pack. Now you need to recharge your connection with 500 Rs Reliance Cash Card. This two pack takes 50 Rs/Month that means 600 Rs/Month. So once your channel blocked get that card recharge your connection for next 10 months without any problems.

You can use those Top UP Pack if your channel in is not in offer pack.
