Hi anupvishy, welcome to this forum and u can add many add on packs . If u are choosing South 2190rs offer u will 4 sports channel in this offer (Star sports, Espn , Tensports,Star cricket) . But if u need Neo channels u have to add Sports-2 pack monthly 40rs .but For this pack lock-in-period is 180 days , so if u are subscribing for this pack u have to pay for 6 months(6*40=240rs).For other regional packs and top-up packs u need to pay monthly...

Well you will enjoy all channesl for 12 months and they only exclude Neo Sports Pack. Athough all new customers are getting all channels so don't worry about it. Also you can take Neo Top up pack for 6 months, rest of pack already in your connections.

thx 4 da reply....i understand tht the bigtv i airing all the cahnnels as of now.jus beacuse its testing time for them but wht after the test period?? thy'll definetly block the remaining channels and there is no way back i can get them either through topup or through regional packs...i have to forfeit those channels eventhough i can afford it.why is this indifference being done to the customers of the south.?? at this point i fell tata sky is the best interms of the no. of channels i will.. get...wht do u suggest Mr.dish?

Well they officially launched but due to handling users account information, they haven't black out channels. Also most of packages come with almost 95% channels. So don't worry about it.

Well i have been told several times by Bigtv sellers and Service heads here that we will get all channels that are running right now on Bigtv for FREE for one year ..

But even if they block the rest which are not part of south starter pack of 2190/- then you can pick add on .. and still pay another 150rs to get all channels if you wish.. or else you can pick Zee tv for 25rs, kids plus for 25rs, and so on..

so with the extra 150 will i get all the channels tht are in the southmax4990??? actually there are some 14 -15 channels missing in the smartsouth (cartoon network,pogo,....so on)which are very much needed in our house. and whts your suggestion on tata sky or should i wait for airtel to launch its DTH as it is aslo relying on the same mpeg4 technology? coz i am not satisfied with the package the reliance are giving to the people of south.

Well I do advice you that told them to give South Max Connection because you need all Cartoon Channels. So they will consider your problem and allow to buy South Max Connection at Rs 4990.
