After activation, Sony channels and other few were missing, when complained, the CC told me to do a factory reset. But after that a screen with msg: signal poor quality is displayed. I could not go to any other menus nor I could watch any channels. Tried removing cable, switch off for more than a day. Seems STB hanged. Any solution??? I tried Menu+upper keys but no change. Any suggestion please.

mr dish i have a question,the user are giving so many complain about bigtv basically installation problem.u have big tv connection. r u facing these type of problem.
