big tv experience

I got big tv in this weak.It works fine.It has good picture quality and sound.

why channels no. 161-169 are blocked.

Well STB hanging problem is big a issue and some BIG TV users have problems but I am sure once new version takem place with Active service, it will be corrected.

Well all channels will be unblocked. Don't worry! We have all 30 blocked at the moment because of testing purpose. Only Reliance Employess have access it.

you should start another channels like zee sport,zee smile,colours ,bomerang,tcm,mgm etc.because bharti airtel dth and videocon launch very soon.

Well I am not owner of BIG TV so I can't start channels.

Well you can see those channels are in hidden list means channels are comming soon on BIG TV.

Second thing those DTH have no plan to come before Dec. 2008, Also Airtel DTH have problems in FDI investment problems and their DTH licence is subject to clearence by goverment.

The USB port is for the STB to STB software update. where if the software of tht STB corrupted, the service center uses it to update the software from known good working STB to the affected one

Later this USB port can also be used for connecting storage devices to record programs however it will require a new DVR capable software update release for current STB from Reliance. So it depends on them Replaince totally

Wel it will be use for the purpose. One is STB to STB transfer and other is use exchange Data which able to use service like DVR.
