Well you can able to know that your account recharge. Do call once again at 1800 200 9002 and enter your PIN, it will says now invalid. Also you can contact their new numbers and ask about your account or give serial number which starts from 800XXXXXX, they will inform you that card is recharged.

Yes it can be done online too and by Seperate numbers too.

I still dont believe that Dish TV's renewal system has improved. From last 2 months, it has started taking even more time for the package to start after its expiry. The time taken for renewal around 3 to 4 months back was only 4 to 5 hrs, even if I paid through cash to dealer. Finally, I lodged a complaint with Consumer Forum and the value of 2 days was credited back to my account in terms of money. So Dish TV recharge system is still a big hell for me. So I have decided that, no more paying to dealers anymore. From now on I shall recharge only via ITZ Cash Cards or Credit Cards..!!
