BIG TV Rehcarge Experince

Well Today my connection expire at 7.45 PM after using 23 Days extra after 3 Free months over. I thought connection will not start till tomorrow and it is bad for me as I watch it after 10 PM and my family now watching on second connection.

I had 500 Rs Voucher from my ISP friend. So I thought I do recharge it as I need to call them for Kiran's problem so I first talked about his problems.

Then I give my voucher's serial number as I already recharge it on their other line 1800 200 9002 so I thought he might tell than recharge yet not done but my surprize my account have 500 Rs balance on his screen within 2 mins. He activate my Packages and told me that you will get channels within 10 min but during that process my channels started even he gives me 10 min.

So I think thier recharge system is working great as Tatasky one.

yes. .nowadays recharges are fast on TS, Sundth and little better on Dishtv..

Why u did not try doing recharge online directly?? but i think the packages cant be selected......

Well it is easy to make recharge on 1800 200 9002 then call on 1800 200 9001 and tell your packages and see live activation without doing anything while Dish TV needs 24 hours to updates and needs 4 to 6 hours for activation.

Well it is easy to make recharge on 1800 200 9002 then call on 1800 200 9001 and tell your packages and see live activation without doing anything while Dish TV needs 24 hours to updates and needs 4 to 6 hours for activation.

yes.. it was problem with Dishtv but nowadays it has updated it little bit and there is not much delay in renewals.. but the STB should be ON in all DTH services for the renewals...

I did recharge for sundth and it also take just few mins.. TS is best.. it activates channels as soon as we send sms and get reply.. now Bigtv will also be good .

So TATASKY is now also used as a benchmark for measuring any quality of service

Tatasky is still best in activation and recharges....... not in package pricing..

Well in BIG TV it is not necessary to on STB but I was on it and channels started once he confirmed all pack and tooks 20-30 seconds.
