That was a decent review , What about ur marks on cost of packages ,service and Customer care..

Ok I am adding it right now.

But giving 9 marks out of 10 is little over , maximum should be 8 or 8.5.

Well I use that product and give rating base on use of it.

Well It is my review and I give marks on my use only and I had no personal problems with it.

My Short Review ......

I took Bigtv on 29th and booked workorder for south 2190/- pack.. I was told that the installation will be done next day.. but it did not happen and it kept on delaying for 2 more days.. then on 1st sept i gave call to CC and gave their warning that i am going to return the STB next day.. but on 2nd sept i got call from the technician that they are coming for installation and they came but that time there was no power.. so they went and came back in night around 8.30 that too due to my force.. otherwise they were saying that they will come next day morning........ so i told them to fix it now itself and so they came and fixed it by 10pm.. the Activation was done within 2-3 mins and i was able to watch all the channels..

Bigtv quality looks good compared to Dishtv..... and also the channels changing is fast compared to Dishtv.. Even the menu looks good.. but it will improvemore and more in future with software upgrades..

With Bigtv i am able to get all the sports channels which i want and also hindi movie / soaps channels and kids channels etc..........

Even after one year i can just pay 175 + 40 +25 and enjoy the channels i want.

I am happy to be part of Bigtv DTH now and looking forward for entertaining and enthusiastic future with it

Cant give 10 / 10 as it has few bugs like when i switchoff the STB it takes few seconds to do so.. also sometimes it hangs.. but i hope it will be rectified soon .

I will rate Bigtv 8.5 / 10.

Well people will like their quality which is strong point of BIG TV.

yes.. just 5 days old... or eles it might have gone in pages ..
