Thge service part is horrible. The customer care is not fully equiped to answer your querries. Installers are doing soddy jobs. Even after giving complaints they take 3 to 4 days for rectifying the complaints. When u send emails to them they reply after 7 to 10 days. In rainy days the signal stops frequently and they attribut it to tree nearby. I fail to understand when the installation engineer installed it there is a tree in site. He could have changed the location of installation, but did not do it to save cable length. I do not know what they do the cable and how much they charged to each customers. may be selling in black to others. The Low Noise Box is only haveing single point so you can not connect a second set top box even if you want. Overall the quality of picture is good but service is extremely poor. We hope with the competition, the charges will reduce as the movie channel cost is very high Rs60/- per movie . It is too much. If they chage a package for all movies it will be better.

Go cheted by the ISP ,
the Reliance ISP ( chennai -velachey ) has just activated my connection , he took all the recharge card and confirmed that he would charge after couple of days .. but no help ... his phone number is switched off ... when contacted customer care no help.. please help ... i am feeling bad about big tv... |

i own tata sky. i had been to a friends place who recently bought big tv.. of what i saw the picture quality is more or less the same but the delay during channel navigation is alot in big compared to tata.. also the logo is quite a put off since it poses a hinderance while watching tv.

My review:
Using BIG TV for more then 2 months.No problem at all in picture quality and sound . CC is best i ever contacted .I will rate BIG TV 8 out of 10 for few bugs ........ 1)Fav list goes away When u manual search channels. 2)Unsubscribed channels can be viewed in mozic view.(actually good for us ,but still a bug) 3)Hanging problem is there . 4)Not enough to connect to 5.1 speaker system above all colors channel is not there |

Guys, quality is not bad but its get hanged which is really frustrating.. . and am not use to this slow switching of channels so thats an issue for me too. Hope they rectify the probs soon.
