[i]then maybe it must have been for STB model 2 only.... bcoz they'll soon discontinue STB model-1 ... anyway.. but the avtive services on the help channel dont work now... i dont know if its due to update... bcoz when i bought it then at the first installation it asked to update... so i didn't use it at 1.7.2 .... so i dont if the STB is bad or the firmware//

In response to your mail, we would like to inform you that currently Colours, Star Pravah , B4u Music, Zee Music, Zee Next , Zee Sports, Zee Action, Zee Classic , Zee 24 Tass, Saam Marathi , Mahuaa TV, Star Jalsha channels are not included in our channels list. We have already forwarded your request for the availability of "Colours, Star Pravah , B4u Music, Zee Music, Zee Next , Zee Sports, Zee Action, Zee Classic , Zee 24 Tass, Saam Marathi , Mahuaa TV, Star Jalsha" channels to our management team for necessary action. In future, if the same channels are added, then you will be informed through relevant media.

Further, regarding DVR STB, also would like to inform you that DVR STB's date of launch is not yet finalized officially. As and when date of launch finalize, you will be informed through relevant media.

We are unable to process your request for time frame.

Further, regarding inews, icricket , ilearning, istories and iastro interactive services, these services are soon to be available. Currently this service is not available in the testing phase.

Further, Search and My Top Ten options are started. Regarding My Top Ten, this list is automatically build by the system and updated based on channels that the household watches the most (no adult channels will ever be displayed in this list). This list is displayed by frequency order (the most watched on the top). At First Run (after First Installation) the first ten channels of bouquet are included in this list. When a selection of a list is made (by pressing OK), the Category Channels List pop-up closes and only the channels of this selected list are displayed within the Guide or Zapping banner selection. If no scrolling is performed on Category Channel List menu: Category Channel List popup automatically closes after a time-out and last selection is kept.

The “Search” option allows users to perform some advanced search based on various criteria and keywords to be able to find/remind their favourite programs or TV Shows. Search feature is applied to: TV Live, NVOD, PPV, Radio and Interactive Content.

Various criteria of search can be selected and specified by the user: Category, Director, Actor, Title and Keyword.

Left arrow key is unavailable in initial/first Search Pop-up, when opening Search Section. Once one search has been performed and the result is provided, the left arrow key in Search pop-up becomes available (displayed: left arrow key + Back). When the user comes back to search pop-up by using left arrow key, default search criteria are displayed.

In case of “No Result” or “Too many results", the search pop-up does not disappear and a corresponding message is displayed. Search Results: All events are displayed with short description.

Some results of a search appear with different icons or colour whether: Content from NVOD channel, Content from a channel to which user has rights, Content to which user has no right (not subscribed channel) and Content blocked by Parental control.

Search Result NVOD movie/event:
When the OK key on NVOD event (accompanied with red icon ticket), is pressed from a result list, the Purchase/Info pop-up is displayed. The process is the same as for Guide section. See NVOD Channels.
The contextual menu is defined in Contextual Menu for an event: result of searching
When the user presses left arrow key, he returns to the Search result screen.
In case of currently rented NVOD event, it directly leads the user to the content in Full screen.

Predictive Virtual Keyboard:
Predictive Virtual Keyboard is used for Search Engine to find an event with specific actor, director, title and category.
Same behavior is applied for selecting letter to write a name than for simple virtual keyboard: by moving focus or via SMS mode. The predictive names appear every time a letter is added.
In predictive keyboard pop-up, the input box is not focusable. The item result list, which is displayed below input box is focusable.
In manual mode of typing, the user moves focus by pressing right arrow (1-5 times). In SMS mode, the focus is by default in result list.
When the information the user was looking at is displayed, the user presses OK to display the list of the corresponding movies to the selected actor, director or keyword.
If no result, sentence “No found” appears.

SMS Mode: by typing directly on Remote: twice on number 2 will select letter "b", twice on number 3 will select letter "e", etc...In that case, the letters are automatically added at the end of the writing field (input box). It is not necessary in that case to press OK to select a letter. To clear last letter of written name, the user must press 1 (numeric key). To confirm written name, the user presses twice OK key (focus is on input box). Manual mode or SMS mode is automatically detected. For Search Criteria input area, 30 character numbers is forecast, input area must be scrolled.
