Well its from DDD+, Win TV was there before. It cant be Comedy Thirai since I dont think they would join DDD+. Maybe, Win TV left the DDD+ platform, so we have a test ch there...!!
Some dreams do come true and one of my major dreams is to see most of the International chs in India . . . |

Well I guess you are right since among 1 channel is fighting in TDSAT and no wonder if we see PTC News out from it. Looks like either they are adding new channels or adding test channels back to 10.
