Initially BSNL tried to launch IPTV on its own in all the major cities, including Bangalore and Chennai.But it was not a success. I don't known its available now or not.

Then both BSNL and MTNL decided to offer IPTV in Collaboration with Akash Optic Fiber in the brand name if ICONTROL to provide better services and features to customers. This service is avialbable in Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Jodhpur only for now.
In Jaipur they have 120 channels including Colors and Neo for 150 pm

Just wait for it, it will come sooner to Chennai and Bangalore
