Well I had tried once in the free usage time at around 7 am, and the speed was Ok as it uses to be in the day-time. But I have used the free time only twice, shall try it again and see..!!

u try it frm 5 am , u will experience slow in browsing speed but download will be fast..

RE: BSNL to ramp up broadband network
I am using Internet for the last 8 years in Delhi and in Chennai. For my office and for home I have used many ISP providers in these years. Currently I have 3 ISP connections as it is essential for my critical job as backup connections from BSNL, TataIndicom broadband and Reliance Broadband.

I feel Cost vs Performance and downtime, BSNL is doing a good job, even though it is not a private sector.

Through my experience stability(uptime) is depends on how closer you are to the HUB center. Cost wise you choose the best according to your need...more bandwidth or more download or etc....

RE: BSNL to ramp up broadband network
I think BSNL is best in terms of cost as anyone can use it unlimited by paying Rs 750 and you get proper speed too.

RE: BSNL to ramp up broadband network
In starting when BSNL lunched broadband service, it was good. Now a days, very poor service. Customer care also useless, while i am living in bangalore (Silicon city of india), not satisfied with service. People can think who is living in rural, how bad service they are going to get from BSNL.

As per my colleague, in Bangalore all the ISP providers are bad. Even 2 days back we were talking about that, being/been a Silicon City the internet services are poor. Surprise
