Hi I am in Chennai under CAS regime.

I own dish tv dth network. The pricing is so high that I am paying Rs.350/- pm.

Now my local cable operator is giving STB thro HATHWAY for free of cost. The monthly outflow will be Rs.100 for FTA and Rs.5 per pay channel. By subscribing for 20 pay channels I will be paying only Rs.200/- per month.

Can I switch over to CAS. Can anyone advise me suitably pls.

Yes, It is advisable to switch to CAS which is much cheaper and offers more option and you only pay for what you want.....I have Cable, Digital Cable, and DISH TV. If the STBs are free you should jump and get it, you are very lucky, I paid 1200 for STB.
