When the service will be launched, there will be a new entry in the main menu, This entry point will appear automatically. at the main level (whith setting, mosaic ...).
You'll see then a quite nice application, that allows browsing movies, details, pictures etc ...

At present one cannot order movies. I just checked on the website. So first let Movie On Demand Service launch. At present Videocon might be in last phase of testing Movie On Demand Service. So let us hope for the best. Videocon DTH is prograssing well.
