I AM NOT GETTING DD -1 & DD SPORTS CAN ANY ONE PLEASE HELP

I DONT HAVE IT IN MY CHANNEL LIST . I OFTEN USE SEARCH CHANNELS BUT STILL IT IS NOT APPERING NOT EVEN ANY DD CHANNELS

There is some mis-alignment in ur dish , kindly contact Customer Care about your problem , they will send some Engineer... IS there any rain in your area???

There is the answers.

We all knows that signals of DD Direct+ is weak in Middle East and you are getting those channels by Dish TV. Only solution is bigger Dish to get channels.

I thought u are frm India , so i said call CC , but ur frm Middle east , so u try to align ur dish in ur own. and also DD+ SIGNALS ARE VERY WEAK IN mIDDLE eAST.
