Dish Active Services Not Working
I just got my new dishtv connection 2 days back. I have got Platinum package. All the channels are working except the Active services like Active Movies, Cinema, Khel, Music etc. Whenever I select any services, I see only blank boxes on the screen without any channel preview. Please help.

well I am having dish maxi package and all the active services are working fine for me. I suggest just switch off your stb and on and rescan the stb and then check all the active service are working

If you are abale to recieve all channels and not able to view active service then call up customer care and get your problem resolved. Because i know one thing if all channels are viewable then all the active services will also work fine.

Well it happens sometime when you have changes in packages. Do contact them and ask to refersh your VC so you can get your services back.
