Dish Antenna Alignment procedure
Dear Friends,
We see a number of our friends report low signal in our DTH. We are answered that "PROPER DISH ALIGNMENT" is to be done. Can our experts post a few ideas with sketches, even handmade, so that this process is easy to be followed. The option of calling the local dealer and paying him 150 Rs is not to be reported as a solution please! |

Thanks Sumedha,
I checked the present alignment and it is found OK. But yet to get all TPs clear. only one TP 12534 is with zero channels. All the rest TPs are more than 70% strength. Hence still no channel dish TV promo, MAA TV and Raj TV. |

the signal strength of the Tp 12534V is having problem to all of us outside India. The dish has been aligned to get the max signals. But during night time only this frequency goes off.

hey kums61, why don't you rotate your LNB a little and see how it's working ???
Make sure you keep your TV and STB on and do the follwoing 1. Go to Dish TV Menu > Settings > STB Info > Press the Red Button. This will take you to the List of Transponders page. 2. By using the arrow keys, go/highlight to the 12534 Transponder and check the beep sound. It increases to a high note as an when signal strength increases, ![[Image: KS002.JPG]](http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/9/19/226558/KS002.JPG) 3. Just keep this on and go outside turn/Rotate the LNB a little (Don't make any adjustments to the Dish and it's position). I think this will help you to get some signals from 12534.
