getting audio only on Sun tv, Ktv and sun Music channels--please help
Hello everyone,
I am getting only audio on Sun Tv, KTV and Sun News channels. I tried putting off/on my receiver (Kaon) and the technician who installed the dish says the dish is aligned ok and even the signal level on these 3 channels is ok. May I know whether it is a problem observed by anyone else and any suggestions please? many thanks in advance |

All these channels are working fine for me.
Please re do the channels search and save it. Then it will be o/k for you. |

Then it will be new S/W update problem.
Please check it with some software people. They will help you or call the CC. |

Well, there was no response from CC but the problem amazingly cleared automatically yesterday and I am now getting video ok on Sun tv channels!
