happy boss day
Today October 16th is Boss Day. It is the day to make the boss realise how important they are in your life. So what you all are doing to make your boss happy. So happy boss day to all thwe bosses.
On this day the question is will you like to work under men managers or women managers? According to me females are soft spoken, more understanding, more hard working, more responsible, more loving, more caring,more helpful, more cheerful more supportive. in those companies where there are women managers the atmosphere is more lively, codial. I have woked in a company Citibank for 2 years where there was a women manager & experienced all these things. Othere members please give your views. |
