Help and clarification needed

Yesterday, i went to recharge my Tata sky connection and dealer has given me some option and information about recharge.
I just want to know whether its correct or not. because i don't have any information about this.

Renewal slab on Coupons:
Ø Renew for 2500 get credit worth Rs2700/-
Ø On Renewal Of Rs5000/- get credit of Rs5500/-
Benefit to Credit card customer:
Ø Transact for Rs3000/- get credit of Rs3600/-
Benefit through APRS/SMS Transfer
Ø On transaction between 1500 to 2499 customer gets 6% Bonus of value
Ø For Rs2500 to 4999 customer gets 8% bonus
Ø On doing 5000+ transactions he gains 10% bonus.

Please reply, I am confused, and when these offers started, even customer care is also not responding to this.

Hi, I can tell you for TSKY online portal recharge thru credit card. (tatasky.com) you pay 3000 and you get the Rs 300 pack for 12 months. you cannnot use this amount for anything else like lifestyle or sports add-on pack or for ordering movies. this 3000 entitles you the rs 300 pack for 12 months. use IE, not firefox or any other browser.
