How to know the new channels?

hi,

i have SUN Direct DTH connection. The connection intalled last week. i am residing in A.P

1.how can i know if they have add any new channels?
2.and can i use the Recharge voucher boug[/font]ht from TamilNadu in A.P?

can some one clarify this?

Well whenever, a new ch is added, the ch would appear automatically. Or if it doesn't, then all you need to do is a re-scan.

As for recharge vouchers, I guess you need to call the help-line and use the vouchers to activate the packages.

You can use any voucher anywhere.. just need to call them on 18002007575 or 040 39407575 this is for AP You will have to tell them your smart card number, CR number.

The best way to do is to do it online.. visit http://www.sundirect.in then click on customer login then when it asks for userid enter the smartcard number starting with 4xxxxxxxxxxxxx dont enter the last Alphabet.. just enter all the numeric.. then put password as "password" .. then you can click on recharge.. then enter the scrath number and go to purchase option select the ADDON and proceed...............

In case if there is any new channel added in sun dth then u will get WAIT message in u r TV scree.It will automatically added in the channel list.

For u r 2nd querry the answer is Yes.U can buy the recharge voucher and use it.
