I GOT BIG TV: KICKED DISH TV OFF !!!!!!

I have the issue with Dish TV not getting anything from last 6 days

So being frustated, I got Big TV in employee offer, yesterday


The service is so Superb that CC asked when you want , I said on Sunday, He agreed

I saw the clarity at Relaince Webworld, it far better that Dish TV.

If you see my issue with Dish TV you in the above link, you will find that the Dish was misalligned and I was getting Big TV Channel List

Now the good noews for me.

I got the big Tv connection yesterday, they gave STB and Smart Card

As the Dish(of Dish TV) was already alligned to Big TV Feed, I connected it to the Big TV STB.

Wolla!!!, I got channel scan mesg , I scanned and got 191 TV channels and 10 Radio channels

however as the subscription is not active, I am not able to view them


I restarted the STb after some time, I got Software update msg, I updated it.
Then I again got one more Software update msg, I updated it too.
And it was a totally new Interface with Rminder option Added.

CC told me that I have to pay 340 every month till commercial launch
However Relaince Webwolrd employee told me, that it will be free till Comemrcial Launch. Any ideas?


By the Way, when I go to the Settings, Set Top Box, its ask for pin.
Any body has information about it? I tried 0000, no go


Anyways, at least Dish TV anteena has somes use

Also I have given some info like about quality of Big TV and about their CC and service, it will be good for every ones knwokedge and shared my reason to be glad and after facing issue with Dish Tv

I believe that Forum means same like I mentioned above the places to share your thoughts, your opinions, your question. I did the same
However, if some body comes reply 'What should we do ?' instead providing some info or answer questions, its very annoying.

Also your connection needs activation which is done by SMS from BIG TV person so ask to CC to do same.

Well you will require a photocopy of any reliance employee's ID crd(if you know him and he is willing to give it to you because there is only single connection per employee).

Then you will have to take the photocopy employee's ID crd to reliance webworld and ask them for the connection under wmployee offer. Just tell them that you are relative of the employee. He will take 1340 Rs and give you the kit containing (STB, SMART CARD, RECHARGE VOUCHERS). You will have to call the CC and will have to tell them the address, the SMART CARD no, and the day when you will require the connection.
But this offer is till 19th Aug
