Installation and Activation done.. FINALLY!(Bangalore)

After about a week of waiting they finally installed Big Tv.. Whew! after about 30 calls to CC.. and believe me it was worth the wait.. Installation took bout 2 hrs and activation about 45 mins.. the guy who came to install was very patient and knowledgeable person.. He explained why it took so much time.. apparently there is enough man power in Bangalore but there r just too many subscriptions in the south..

Im getting 187 video channels and 10 radio channels.. Picture and Sound Quality is FANTASTIC! Interface of guide is also very good.. Games in interactive services are awesome.. All in all worth the money and time..
So i u guys wanna buy new DTH connection go for BIG TV!

Also if ppl in bangalore are having problems in installation heres the no. of the guy who installed for me 9844455512..

Hi i m from banglaore... i bought Big tv on 9th sep and got workorder on 10th sep, but still i m waitin for installation.......i registered complaint on 16th but no response....everytime i get one reply.. someone will contact you in 24 hrs....but no body called me up even for single time... what do to ??
