Well after completing all 34 installation problems I have started new thread to solved problems of new users of BIG TV and so now onwards who have installation problems you can post it here.

Hi,

I purchased the kit on Friday and the CC says it will take max. 72 hours for installation. When that did not happen i have lodged a complaint with them. Now the great CC chaps say wait for another 72 hours from time of filling the complaint.

Please Help, i am located in Secunderabad and if anybody could provide me the ISP phone no. for this area it will be great. I will get in touch with that guy directly.

Well you need to wait for 1-2 days then you can contact us with your informations.

Hi all, Thanks to SOD, Amit, Ashis and evryone.............
Yesterday 6:30 PM techy guys came, and rain started, power got cut, So i asked my dad let them wait, until rain gone, so at 8:30 Pm power came and rain gone, instalation completed by 9:30 PM, and activation also done at the same time. My sincere thanks to all of your efforts...
That guys told they are assigned 4 installations only.. i asked why you guys taken 16 days.. he told "my seniors assigned today only sir". I saw win of Federer first Grandslam of the year.. am very much delighted

No it is blocked for all but will open it to all customers. You will also enjoy IPL Matches free on those channels letter.

I buy Big TV 4 days ago from New Delhi . I have Dish TV as will in my home which is working will, I install Dish TV by my self Now I tried to install Big TV as will but it gives me the problem when I find the signal and then Scanning for Channels it give me this massage (an error (2) has occurred please verify your instead if the problem persists please contact your costumer care for the problems)



I live very far from city and there is no any Big TV service providers to install it if you give me the answer what to do that will be yours kind of help with me

Well you need to call 1800 200 9001 or 1800 200 9003 and your installation will be done soon as it is no problem in rest of India. You just need to contact them and take work order ID and they will send ISP team to your home.

Which is biggest city near you? Also how far you away from Delhi.
