You can call on 1800 200 9001 and you have one option for installation which IVR. It will help you.

Nobody bothered to call up, despite lodging a complaint. I have no other option but to call again tomorrow and hopefully get the installation completed.

Well that is stupid things. I guess they have less people to do job. In here Surat ISP can handle daily 100 to 150 installation with 12 teams.

Do make call now to National Toll Free and ask him why no one come today despite of lodging a complaint.

To add insult to injury, I got a call from "Backend" (Who is backend?) for feedback on installation, service, performance and satisfaction. Anyways, the backend is there just for feedback collection and there is nothing they can do.

Am I the only one who is having big trouble with Big TV? My family is already regretting the purchase.

Well it surly be problem form your local BIG TV team since most of people getting installation within 24 hours, Make call now and just blast them and ask reason why they are not comming to installtion or go to R World where you buy it do give some bad words.

As of now there are no installation charges for Big TV at least in Karnataka. Installation issues seem due to lack of adequate manpower in tier 2 cities.

Well Dish TV charges 200 RS whil BIG TV not charge anything in South.
Also Dish tv gives only 6 Mt Cable rest of length charged and also service charge is Rs 150/ visit which BIG TV not charging anything.

Already reported about Installtion issue in Karnataka to Reliance ADAG. Hope they will alert them. I guess you are right they might be short in terms of Men Power.

This is really bad an unprofessioal. I purchased the kit on Tuesday in Bangalore from CMH Road RWorld and has been calling their CC ever since infinite times. Even lodged complaint also multiple times.
Every time they say that I will get a call in 2 hours, but till now nobody has even bothered to give a call.

I am going to wait till today afternoon when it will be exactly 36 hours since the purchase.
If I am not getting a call by that time, I am going to R World and return the kit and ask for refund. Period!
