Well I guess it is problem in Bangalore and also take note that Company saying 1 to 5 days. Just call their CC and say few bad words and ask why no one come here to installation after 36 hours. I am sure they will come it because they also not want to heard bad words. Big Grin

One of the big problem is less human power in your area since most of reports come from Bangalore itself.

Do tell us if you could secure a refund. When I asked for a refund, the dealer pointed out to a clause on the bill which says: " Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged"

Ask the dealer about why not no one come to install your connection. Say few bad words to him.Smile

Well big's dth service is far bettar than other players in dth.well in my side they installion very fast i am getting their service within 24 hours.

Well Alpesh it depends on team in area. In Surat, team complere installation within 12 hours after purchase.

Nothing seems to bhe working at my end. :-(

This seems to be the worst after sales service I have ever come across.

if you not get through the cc then u early to visit nearest reliance world customer care,and talk to everything about your facing problem i think they will do fast.
