problem is...today is 30th...tomorrow 31st...i have asked my cable guy to remove the connection...if big tv delays it..i will have to depend on DD for entertainment ...with festival next week..not a good situation to b in sir.

big tv team shud employ more in their installation team....when they can spend so much on promotions...surely they must on technical team too..

I need to watch those channels after activation.. which can be done only by themBangHead otherwise there was no reason for me to be without it till now.. i have all vouchers etc.. and also Work Order No. and you are also not helping with your ISP Sad

And as i have dishtv so i am not much worried about Bigtv installation.. Big Grin

Yes no problem! Do contact your delar or R world to do installation. Also take a complain number from 1800 200 9001. So You can show it to them and ask to do fast.

You need to pay 10,00,000 Rs now to get all channels.Big Grin Well my ISP will not do anything as he is only do in Surat. But we have good service team here as they are handling 100 to 150 installation per day. They are also using non BIG TV techinical person and trained them to install. So in South Gujarat most of installation completed in 12-24 hours from order.

Ok I would suggest to use their phone line around 10 PM or early morning till 9 AM. Also you took it from dealer so now go their and told him that I need installaion fast or take ISP numbers from him and call direct to ISP person with your Work Order number so he can do fast.Smile
