Installation Issues

I bought the kit yesterday evening and called up the customer care for installation. They claimed they could not entertain any installation requests after 04:00 pm and they would do the required installation for me tomorrow at 09:00 am. When nobody turned up till 01:00 pm, I called them back only to be told that it is 09:00 am tomorrow and not today. I called back again and they said it would be done by 04:00 pm today. I wonder when it will get installed.

Well where you buy it? Normally their person come with whole kit and I think you should ask to shop owners to do it fast for you. If you are not getting installtion till 4 PM just call them and blast them about it.

I suggest contact the shop owners where you buy it.

This is for a connection in Mysore. There are 3 Web Worlds here and it is available only through them. They claim their responsibility is only to demo, market and sell and they do not have any authority or control over anything else. They cannot refund my purchase either.

Customer care seems to be giving a random time slot for installation every time I call up.

Ok just call their English Call Centers at 1800 200 9001 and ask them for installtion. Informed them that you are waiting for it from more then 24 hours. They will surly come and install your connection.

Thanks for all your help. I called up customer care and lodged a complaint. They said that they will make the installation team call me up in another two hours and they will let me know as to when they can come for installation. I have my fingers crossed!

I wonder is this delay is due to the demand or due to not enough manpower in Mysore.

Well it is because of demand and they haven't enough manpower right now even stock also sold in many R World.

well i think no problem with connection & installtions for big tv, i thing their service as far better than other dth players.

I am facing similar problems too....Purchased the kit a couple of days back...Was told by the customer care person that the installation people would be calling me in the next 4 hours to fix up an appropriate time...Have been waiting ever since for their call....Also its almost impossible to get through customer care now....always busy
