Installation Issues

please help me
i am buy bigtv 26-08-2008 and call the bigtv care then he gave me a work order no.
but there is no any call by the ISP.
i am calling 27 times to the customer care 27-08-2008 to 29-08-2008 tak.
allways the care say me that please wait 2-4 hour and ISP call you and install the dish.
but there is no solution for my complaint.
please help me and say how my dish is install.[/b]

Installation process -
First of all company employees came and told me to dial Customer Care Number 1800-200-9001 (Toll free) from landline number. They made me recharge all the coupons one by one by dialing number again and again. Then they started the installation of dish on the roof of my house.
Then they checked the signals from their own signal tracker. Then they set up the sep up box. Then form was filled. They asked from me 2 passport size photographes. They asked from me 2 valid residence indentity proofs. Then they explined the features. Then one customer feed back form was to also to be filled by the customer.
RELIANCE BIG TV DTH works on Mpeg4 technology. So again i say RELIANCE BIG TV is great. RELIANCE BIG TV rocks.

Moreover i will suggest to keep the box of set top box safely. Besides the set top box one also gets information brochure of RELIANCE BIG TV DTH, Get Started Kit, Your Guide to Big Entertainment, Set up Guide, User Guide. Always keet them safely. Read all of these to understand the features of RELIANCE BIG TV DTH better. Also keep the bill of the dealer, dealer card safely.

First tell me do you have installed connection or not.

Because in last thread you told that you are getting only 96 channels means your installation has been done. Now you are saying no isntallation.

What is the fact?

Also if you are no installation in this time Do contact your Dealer/R World to do installtion fast. Give some bad words and force them to do it today. They will install your connection.

Anant........ Did u also got Bigtv? It is good for us as we will get more info on Bigtv than it is in their booklet

Just got RELIANCE BIG TV DTH.
At present on scanning there are 186 Tv channel amd 10 Radio channels.
For detailed list of channel go to Website. http://www.satcodx3.com.

Well both DTH is same in East Direction and close to each other one is on 91.5 and other is 95 so might you got signals from both ones.
