The older Coship CDVB5110D decoder is available for sale at around US$100 or less. But you still have to get the Irdeto Card from Dialog TV to unlock the signals. That means you have to pay for the service.

The new Technosat decoder is seemingly Dialog-only, so it is not available for sale in public.

Dialog TV signals are all scrambled except for "The Buddhist". So if you are looking for free TV, then Dialog is not your choice.

If you want to pay and get the service, then you will have to cheat Dialog TV. Anyway they may not provide the service if you buy your own compatible decoder (own Sat dish is OK).
