I got it , it is from Asiasat 5... Check Symbol Rate in test channels it is 43200 , it is nothing but 43.2 Msym/sec....So finally they are migrating to Asiasat 5 as MJ mentioned earlier...

Check the test channels it has

Symbol Rate : 43200
FEC (Forward Error Correction) : 2/3

and , in Measat 12643 V , 12523 H are already in use. How SUN can get the TP which are already in Use...
