Regional packs will be free even after initial offer / 1 year
its mentioned in the starter pack brochure

Yes you are right and this thread opened when there has some confusion.

Regional packs is free and you will be asked to choose when you recharge your account after 1 years as I did after 3 months and 21 days use.
