NDTV Imagine tries something different

Lucknow has always been a city known for its rich culture, heritage, architectural grandeur and age-old traditions. NDTV Imagine has decided to use the backdrop of contemporary Lucknow for their epic Chand Ke Paar Chalo that is a story about true love getting a second chance. This love story begins in September only on NDTV Imagine.

The serial revolves around Rehan, a young man of Nawaabi lineage who has returned to the city of his birth after a long gap of 15 years. Rehan's father was assassinated unexpectedly and that's the reason he was sent away from Lucknow. Since then Rehan has had this deep-rooted yearning to return home. Rehan has been yearning to return home. Cut-off from his beloved Dadi, his childhood friends and his true love Sana, Rehan harbors a deep resentment and bitterness towards his mother for sending him away.

Chand Ke Paar Chalo begins with Rehan's return to Lucknow. It focuses on different people and how they reconnect with Rehan after so many years. Sana is reluctant about re-establishing ties with Rehan as she fears rejection. And now there is Anisa a new entrant in their lives, who strikes a chord in Rehan's heart even though she doesn't belong to the same social strata.
