Need Information of Thread delete

Well if the news is confirmed then Mr. DISH has to apologies for deleting my thread saying the AUG 15 IS INDEPENDENCE DAY AND GOLDEN DAY which I posted two days back.

Was it Worldofdth? My posts are deleted. Some posts are edited to look like I have posted rudely. And in all the cases we can really find who did that.

Only Dish or Worldofdth can delete it. Now Dish is saying he did not even see it. So 99% it is done by worldofdth. Dish should not apologise but instead worldofdth should.

Dish first of all, these problems have started because of new supermods and mods. This forum is not yet that big which invites new mod posts. So strip their status and you do the moderating. All will become good once again. That is why we in IBF never gave Mod posts to anyone. There were many people who posted a lot in Broadband sections and DTH sections. But we didn't just for this reason. Instead offered them to give few gifts.

You are maintaining this forum very well till date. And that is why i am not fighting anymore. You have never deleted my post or thread and that is why I am happy to just be here.

Compare the performance of the Mods and Supermods. Either they keep on deleting or they do nothing. It simply stops other posters from posting useful things. Better you both the admins stay as Supermod and remove others. That will encourage others to post more.

Yes! I agree with you. I hardly seen IBF but I found some peoples who always fight overe there and also some spam threads too. That forums really needs good Mod team since forum have other section too and DTH is a part of them.

There are members over 3,000 posts and some even have 8,000 posts in IBF. But they are still a member just like anyother. Here for eg. in dth section you made a member 'XXExpert' (removed the words and put XX to aviod a fight) whereas he himself has said he has -1% technical knowledge. So if a new member sees these things what they will think?
Treating everyone equally will aviod fights. There are over 20,000 members in that forum. Daily some 100 threads are posted. Spam ratio or fighting ratio is just under 5%.

Why it is running smooth? Because only one person decides. Here too many persons decide and thereby conflict of intersets.

Anyway you know what is good for your forum as you have experience. Keep on your good work.

Well honestly I say IBF have non DTH discussion most where people fight for Tatasky Vs Dish, South Vs North and members Vs Members. Admin is not much taking action so spammers are there.

I am happy with SOD team which is doing good job. I also going to make new small team from Monday and I wish new team perform better.
