Neptune+ addon package activation problem

Hi friends,

Yesterday night I was activated Neptune+ Add-On package (Rs 155/-) through online self care portal. After 2 hrs, only Zee Music channel was activated, after that no channel was activated. Today morning again i checked, that time SONY, STAR PLUS, ZEE TV, ZEE CINEMA, STAR GOLD channels were activated. Why channels are activating at different times?

But till now other four channels(SAB, ZOOM TV, ZEE CLASSIC, STAR ONE) are not activated. I activated that package after checking in SUN Direct website. Did they remove those channels from the package list?.

Last time also, Discovery channel was activated only after 2 days from the recharge through self care portal(so I lost 2 days in the 30 days). Does this happening only because of activation through Self Care portal?.

Why SUN direct people are doing like this? Does anybody faced the same problem?.
I hope you people will share your experience.

did u switch on ur setopbox at the of activation?????(kindly sun tv should be there at tim of activation)......

i activated many packs through online...within 5 minutes i got all channls.....if any problem occur means kindly tel to ur cc(they will say switch on ur set op box 30 minutes)

For me i haven't faced any problem.Recently i have activated Set Max, News channels and Set Max all channels r activated with in 5-10 mins.

before one month same problem i am faced for neptune+ packaegs.
after 4 days they activated full channels.so please wait 4 days.
This problem only for neptune+ packages:bang:.

Thanks for your replies.Till now all channels are not activated, so finally i called to Customer Care regarding this issue.They Again reactivated Neptune+ package. Now i am getting all channels of that package.:yo:

Customer Care guy told, you should switch off your Set Top Box while activating packages:firing:. But I never faced this problem except yesterday.

Switch off the STB????????For activationg one should always switch on the STB so that the encryption code will get downloaded to our STB.
