New Decoder Information

Here is some known information about the new MPEG-4 Decoder for Dialog TV. Note that this is based on outside sources, not myself. The post will be updated as soon as I get the decoder myself.

> Built by Technosat.
> Supports both MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 decoding.
> Irdeto decryption.
> Video Ouputs: Composite Video, S-Video, RF Out (and In as well)
> Audio Outputs: 2 x L+R Audio, TOSLINK (Optical Audio)

Component Video ouputs DO NOT exist.

Expect an update soon with more information and possibly corrections.
