They are not testing any channels. They are allowing BIG TV DTH to develop in the DTH Market. The Prasar Bharathi CEO had received some commissions from Reliance Group......Also thats why they have raised the carriage fee.....

Well there is no contest between DD and BIG TV. Both are different kinds of DTH and DD not charhing 1 Rs from you to view channels. If you not know fact then I want to inform you that DD Direct+ is India's no.1 DTH in terms of connections.
